I. Introduction to Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT)

Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) is a public Research – Education institution under the Ministry of Science and Technology. With the strength in research and training at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), PTIT ranks among the top three most well-known universities in Vietnam specializing in ICT education.

II. Admission Information 

1. Eligible Applicants

- Eligible applicants are international students who have graduated from high school or possess equivalent qualifications recognized by competent authorities. Applicants must also have Vietnamese language proficiency that meets the current regulations issued by the Minister of Education and Training of Vietnam. International students who do not yet meet the Vietnamese language requirements must undergo a Vietnamese preparatory program. After completing the program, they must take a Vietnamese language proficiency test. If they pass the test, they may proceed to the official undergraduate program. If not, they must continue language training and retake the test until the required proficiency level is achieved.

2. Admission Method and Enrollment Quota 

Admission method: Selection based on academic performance at the high school level or equivalent. 

Enrollment quota: 50 students.

- PTIT recruits international students globally.

5. Degree Awarded

- Students who complete the undergraduate program (standard duration of 4.5 years) will be awarded the degree of Engineering .

6. Tuition Fees

- Tuition fees: 30,000,000 VND– 38,000,000 VND per academic year per student

7. Scholarships

- 20 Tier-1 Scholarships, each worth VND 528,300,000

8. Application Period and Result Announcement

- Application submission period: From June 1st, 2025 to August 15th, 2025 

- Expected result announcement: Early September 2025 

- Expected enrollment period: Before September 15, 2025

9. Application Documents

Each applicant must submit 01 set of documents in Vietnamese or English, noterized or validated by a competent authority, including the following:

a) Application form (REGISTRATION FORM) 

b) Copy and noterized translation (Vietnamese or English) of certification and academic transcript (high school diploma or equivalent and transcript) 

c) Medical certificate issued within 6 months by an authorized medical institution in the applicant's home country or by a provincial/central medical institution in Vietnam confirming the applicant is fit for academic study 

d) Valid copy of Vietnamese language proficiency certificate 

e) Valid passport copy with at least 1-year validity from the date of application
