The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) is pleased to announce the official list of 08 students selected to participate in the Gifu Summer Exchange Program 2025. This international student exchange program is a collaborative initiative between PTIT and Gifu National College of Technology (Gifu Kosen), Japan, offering students the opportunity to study, conduct research, and engage in cultural exchange within an international academic environment.

Overview of the Gifu Summer Exchange Program 2025
The Gifu Summer Exchange Program is a one-month student exchange program, taking place from July 1 to August 5, 2025, in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. The program is designed to provide international students with the opportunity to:
- Participate in high-impact, application-oriented research projects
- Develop technological thinking and cross-cultural working skills
- Gain hands-on experience within one of Asia’s leading education systems
This year, students will engage in innovative and practical research topics such as:
- Developing AI for the game “Penguin Party”
- Designing and programming intelligent line-following robots
- Image recognition and ancient text processing using AI technology
List of Selected Students
Following a rigorous selection process, PTIT officially announces the 08 students chosen for the program, categorized as follows:
1. JASSO Scholarship Recipients
Three students have been awarded scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), with financial support of up to 80,000 JPY per month:
- Nguyễn Thu Hằng
- Nguyễn Thị Yến
- Vũ Mạnh Hiếu
The JASSO Scholarship is one of the most prestigious financial aids for international students, designed to support academic activities and encourage scientific research.
2. Self-Funded Participants
In addition, five students will participate in the program on a self-funded basis:
- Nguyễn Đăng Khoa
- Lê Nguyên Phương Linh
- Hoàng Quốc Anh
- Nguyễn Bảo Trâm
- Nguyễn Nam Khánh
While these students will cover their own living expenses in Japan, PTIT will provide support for round-trip airfare and visa fees to encourage international academic engagement.

To facilitate students’ study and research experience in Japan, PTIT is committed to providing the following support:
- Visa application fees
- Round-trip airfare between Vietnam and Japan
