I. Program Introduction

The international scholarship program at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) is designed to offer international students the opportunity to access a high-quality education, develop comprehensive life skills, and benefit from an excellent learning environment. The program encourages international students to engage in cultural and academic exchanges, attracting them to study at PTIT. It also aims to foster educational and research cooperation between PTIT and international partners, enhancing the institute's reputation within the global educational community.

II. Admission Information

- Enrollment Quotas: In 2025, PTIT will offer 30 scholarship slots, including:

+ Undergraduate program: 28 slots (20 scholarships of Type 1, 8 scholarships of Type 2)

+ Postgraduate program: 1 Master's slot (Type 1 scholarship), 1 Ph.D. slot (Type 1 scholarship)

- Eligibility Criteria: International students with a high school diploma from Vietnam and an interest in studying Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. programs in Vietnamese at PTIT are eligible.

- Age Requirements:

+ Undergraduate: Maximum 35 years old by the application deadline.

+ Master's: Maximum 40 years old by the application deadline.

+ Ph.D.: Maximum 45 years old by the application deadline.

- Language Requirements:

+ International students must have a B2-level proficiency in Vietnamese.

+ Vietnamese language certification may be waived for students who graduated from a Vietnamese high school or university.

+ Students who do not have Vietnamese language certification must complete a preparatory language course and pass an exam to achieve B2-level certification before starting their studies.

- Academic Requirements:

+ A GPA of 7.0 or higher (on a 10-point scale) or equivalent, and a minimum grade of "Good" for high school studies.

III. Scholarship Types

a) Type 1 Scholarships:

- Undergraduate (4.5 years): VND 528,300,000 per person

- Master's (2 years): VND 318,166,000 per person

- Ph.D. (4 years): VND 636,332,000 per person

- Scholarship covers:

+ 100% of the tuition fees for the entire program duration.

+ 100% of the preparatory Vietnamese language course fee for students enrolled in Vietnamese-taught programs.

b) Type 2 Scholarships:

- Undergraduate (4.5 years): VND 467,275,000 per person

- Scholarship covers:

+ 70% of the tuition fees for the entire program duration.

+ 100% of the preparatory Vietnamese language course fee.

IV. Application Documents

Required documents include:

1. Application form.

2. Resume with a 4x6 photo (taken within the last 6 months).

3. Health certificate issued by an authorized medical institution.

4. Copy of high school diploma or equivalent with transcripts (for undergraduate applicants); Copy of Master's degree and transcripts, along with research proposal (for Ph.D. applicants).

5. Copy of passport.
